§Preamble & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between jetto92 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator", "jetto92") and you, the individual accessing or using the jetto92 platform ("you", "your", "the Player", "the User"), accessible at jetto92.net and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains operated by jetto92.

By creating an account, accessing the jetto92 platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any service or game offered by jetto92, you unconditionally confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years;
• You are accessing jetto92 voluntarily and at your own personal risk;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not a prohibited person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jetto92 platform and close your account. Continued use of jetto92 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1Eligibility & Prohibited Persons

Access to and use of jetto92 is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By using jetto92, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

1. Age: You are at least 21 years of age. jetto92 strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Misrepresentation of age to gain access to jetto92 constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account.
2. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
3. Personal Use: You are using jetto92 solely on your own behalf and for personal recreational purposes. Use of jetto92 services on behalf of another person, or for commercial gambling purposes, is prohibited.
4. One Account: You do not currently hold, and will not create, more than one jetto92 account. Each individual person is entitled to one registered account only, regardless of the device, payment method, or email address used.
5. Source of Funds: All funds deposited into your jetto92 account are derived from legitimate sources and are free from association with any criminal activity. jetto92 reserves the right to conduct source of funds investigations in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
6. Excluded Employees: You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, consultant, or agent of jetto92 or any of its affiliated entities, payment processors, or game content providers. Immediate family members of such persons are similarly excluded.

2Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

To access jetto92's real-money services, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

2.1 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and termination.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. jetto92 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation required includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card — CNIC — is the primary accepted document);
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership where requested by jetto92's compliance team;
• Any additional documentation requested by jetto92 in connection with a source of funds review.

2.3 Verification Timeline. Players are advised to submit KYC documentation promptly after registration. jetto92 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24 to 48 business hours. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts. jetto92 bears no liability for delays in accessing winnings resulting from a player's failure to submit KYC documentation in a timely manner.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetto92 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication details with any third party. jetto92 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify jetto92 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

2.5 Account Suspension. jetto92 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected to have occurred, or where required to do so by its licensing obligations.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

3.1 Currency. jetto92 operates a PKR-denominated wallet. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. jetto92 does not apply currency conversion charges on any transaction, though your bank or mobile payment provider may levy their own fees independently of jetto92.

3.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. jetto92 currently accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) internet banking, UBL Omni, and Meezan Bank. This list is subject to change. The current list of available deposit methods is always displayed within the jetto92 cashier section at the time of login.

3.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the jetto92 cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and by a player's VIP tier. jetto92 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified jetto92 accounts are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section at the time of the request. jetto92 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. Players are responsible for ensuring that withdrawal recipient details (JazzCash number, EasyPaisa number, bank account details) submitted to jetto92 are accurate. jetto92 shall not be liable for funds transferred to incorrect details provided by the player.

3.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Funds deposited by a player may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the player's own name and previously verified as belonging to the player. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jetto92 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

3.6 Anti-Money Laundering. jetto92 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. jetto92 reserves the right to delay, block, or investigate any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to financial crime. Players may be required to provide source of funds documentation in connection with large or unusual transactions. Cooperation with jetto92's anti-money laundering procedures is a condition of continued account access.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Rewards

4.1 Bonus Availability. jetto92 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are offered at jetto92's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Eligibility for Bonuses. To be eligible for any jetto92 bonus, you must: (a) hold a fully registered jetto92 account; (b) meet the minimum deposit requirement specified in the relevant promotion's terms; (c) not be subject to any active responsible gaming restrictions that exclude bonus participation; and (d) not have previously abused jetto92's bonus system.

4.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded by jetto92 are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any portion of the bonus or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, all wagering requirements must be met exclusively with eligible games — live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Players are responsible for reviewing the contribution rates of specific games before wagering bonus funds.

4.4 Bonus Validity. All bonuses issued by jetto92 carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered in accordance with the applicable terms within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.

4.5 Bonus Abuse. jetto92 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to abuse referral bonuses; and any other strategy that jetto92 reasonably determines constitutes an exploitation of promotional terms rather than genuine recreational play. jetto92 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the offending account, in cases of suspected or confirmed bonus abuse.

4.6 VIP Programme. jetto92 operates a tiered loyalty programme. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to jetto92's programme terms, which are detailed within the platform. jetto92 reserves the right to modify programme tiers, qualification criteria, and benefits at any time. VIP status is not transferable between accounts.

5Gaming Rules, Bet Settlement & Disputes

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jetto92 is governed by its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in the jetto92 game information library. By placing a bet on any game on jetto92, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific game's rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until jetto92's systems have confirmed receipt and settlement of the bet, and a transaction confirmation reference has been generated. jetto92 reserves the right to void bets placed after a result has been determined, or placed due to a system malfunction, software error, or pricing error.

5.3 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets placed on jetto92 are settled in accordance with jetto92's sports betting settlement rules, which are published within the platform's sportsbook section. jetto92 uses reliable data providers for event result confirmation. Where results are contested or subject to official sporting body review, settlement may be delayed pending the outcome of that review.

5.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, jetto92 reserves the right to void the affected bets. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this standard principle applies to all games on jetto92. jetto92 will endeavour to investigate and resolve all genuine technical complaints in a fair and timely manner.

5.5 Disputes. Any dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, or account transactions must be reported to jetto92's customer support team within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jetto92 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through jetto92's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to jetto92's licensing authority in accordance with the authority's published complaints procedure.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jetto92 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false or misleading personal information at any point, including at registration, during KYC, or in communications with jetto92 support;
• Accessing jetto92 using any form of automated tool, bot, script, or software that simulates human interaction with the platform;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing anomaly in jetto92's systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture and the account may be closed;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using jetto92 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Accessing jetto92 from a jurisdiction in which doing so is illegal under applicable local law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jetto92 staff, support agents, or other players in any channel;
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion order, or account limit through the creation of duplicate accounts or any other means;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or underlying logic of any jetto92 software, game engine, or platform technology.

7Responsible Gaming Obligations

7.1 Platform Commitment. jetto92 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform makes available a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, bet limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the player's account settings at any time following login.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player may request a self-exclusion from jetto92 at any time by contacting the responsible gaming support team. 8Intellectual Property

All content on the jetto92 platform — including but not limited to the jetto92 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jetto92 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jetto92 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any jetto92 content without express prior written consent from jetto92.

The jetto92 name and logo may not be used in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without jetto92's prior written authorisation.

9Privacy & Data Protection

jetto92's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the jetto92 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using jetto92, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

jetto92 is committed to protecting your personal data and maintaining appropriate technical and organisational security measures. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data will be shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide jetto92's services, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud and financial crime.

10Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. jetto92 provides gambling entertainment services. There is no guarantee of winning outcomes. You accept that gambling involves inherent risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of gambling activity. jetto92 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the platform.

10.2 Service Availability. jetto92 endeavours to maintain uninterrupted platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. jetto92 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such interruptions.

10.3 Internet Risk. You acknowledge that internet connectivity and data transmission involve inherent security risks that are outside jetto92's control. jetto92 is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party interception or manipulation of data in transit, except to the extent caused by jetto92's own failure to maintain appropriate encryption standards.

10.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jetto92's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to jetto92 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10.5 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. In no event shall jetto92 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jetto92 platform.

11Amendments to Terms & Termination

11.1 Right to Amend. jetto92 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Amendments take effect 14 days after notification, or immediately where required by regulatory obligation or to address urgent operational matters.

11.2 Player Termination. You may close your jetto92 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements and compliance checks.

11.3 Operator Termination. jetto92 may terminate these Terms and close your account immediately upon written notice (including by email) where: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) jetto92 is required to do so by its licensing authority; (c) you have been found to have engaged in prohibited conduct; or (d) jetto92 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity on your account.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jetto92's operating licence is issued, as supplemented by generally accepted principles of international commercial law.

jetto92 and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice from either party may be referred to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism designated by jetto92's licensing authority, as applicable.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
